BoardiGO’s governance platform makes it easy to organise and run company board and committee meetings having fully integrated all major features both on mobile and web. The legally and electronically secured platform has been developed for governance professionals whose time is consumed by administrative tasks such as finding dates for meetings or sending reminders to individuals to send documents or material in a timely manner. BoardiGO’s platform allows its users to acknowledge receipts, view and sign documents electronically, or vote electronically by simply using their smartphone.

Simple company set-up: Set up an unlimited number of companies to manage their governance through the BoardiGO platform and use the dashboard to keep track of upcoming meetings, open items and tasks to be completed.

Calendar scheduling: The BoardiGO scheduling pool system makes it easy for the corporate secretary to send an unlimited number of date and time calendar requests to the participating members who pick suitable dates. The organiser then simply sends the meeting invitation which the members will be requested to acknowledge.

Document requests: Using the BoardiGO platform, the organiser can request a document to be provided prior to the meeting. The request can be sent as part of the board or committee agenda creation or outside of a meeting. The request can be sent to board or committee members or to third parties.

Create resolutions (round robins) to be voted on or documents to be signed outside of formal meetings, by sending around a document for signature or a topic to be voted on. Collect the digital secured votes or e-signatures according to your internal rules of governance.

Automated reminders: Once requests for meeting acknowledgments or documents have been sent, BoardiGO will automatically ensure that reminders are sent regularly to those members or invitees who have not delivered the documents or acknowledged their meeting attendance.

Electronic signatures (e-signatures): BoardiGO operates eIDAS compliant e-signatures, which are fully integrated into the workflows. The number of e-signatures are unlimited to BoardiGOs customers. The e-signatures are operated through the users mobile phone and the biometric authentication.

Electronic voting (e-voting): The BoardiGO platform allows for in-meeting votes to be recorded by using the mobile phone and its biometric authentication. The vote will be recorded in the same manner as an e-signature and represented digitally.

Meeting management: Through the meeting management feature, the organiser can simply invite the members to a meeting or series of meetings, include the agenda with documents in any format, request documents from members or outsiders, automate the reminders, include voting items on the agenda and allows the administrator to record all resolutions voted on or documents that have been signed.

Meeting annotation “For the Record”: This feature allows the members of a meeting to include comments on the various agenda items or votes, that will be automatically transcribed into the final meeting minutes.

Integrated video conferencing: The meeting management tool allows you to run your board or committee meetings remotely with a fully integrated video conferencing functionality.

Automated minutes generation: Producing the minutes at the end of a meeting can be time consuming. BoardiGO’s minutes generator automatically takes all notes, votes, signatures and annotations, and includes them into the minutes template. The corporate secretary can then decide to distribute the minutes or to review them before sending for signature.

Any format: At BoardiGO, users are not limited by signing or uploading documents because of an unsupported format. All formats including images, movies, spreadsheet can be uploaded and signed using BoardiGO in a legally secured manner.
